Welcome to Airedale GP Training Scheme
One of the oldest schemes in Yorkshire and based at the award winning Airedale Hospital.
The Airedale STS is based at Airedale General Hospital in Steeton near Keighley in West Yorkshire. We are situated within easy reach of the Yorkshire Dales and Lake district and yet close to the dynamic city of Leeds with its lively nightlife.
The scheme has a great reputation for providing excellent GP specialist registrar training based in the hospital and at local practices in West and North Yorkshire, and East Lancashire.

The scheme suffered a sad loss on 6th July through the death of Liz Clements, one of the Programme Directors. Liz was a wonderful colleague and friend and had a big impact on training through our scheme, the Yorkshire Deanery where she helped train the Trainers and nationally as a CSA examiner. She will be sorely missed.
