Musculoskeletal Medicine

Musculoskeletal Medicine accounts for between 15 - 25% of all GP consulations and has the potential to cause significant physical and psychological morbidy.  Also hidden in amongst the benign there are cases with serouis pathology such as inflammatory disorders and cancers, so confidence at examination and history taking is a good way of dealing with this uncertanity.

  Nicola Petty - Principles of Neuromusculoskeletal Treatment and Management: A Guide for Therapists  (I would borrow rather than buy this one)
• Good resource for all sports related MSK problems, but applicable to all MSK problems too.
  Brukner and Khan - Clinical Sports Medicine Third Revised Edition (Sports Medicine Series) (worth buying own copy in my view, also you can get a CD of MSK examination technique too).

• BMJ MASTERCLASS ON MSK 
• BIMM - Diploma based on 8 modules, some elearning, reading and days away with practical training
